I found it varies 10-15 degrees. If you set the control at 105, the temp would range from 97 to 110 or 113. All settings showed about this same variance. The Taylor thermometer is very useful with the Excalibur, with it you can still maintain good temperature control."

L'EQUIP DEHYDRATOR – see Photo + Compare Dehydrators – We offer the standard L'Equip with two solid (fruit-leather) sheets, and also one where we personally add Four solid sheets to your Dehydrator (or four Teflex, when L'Equip is out of stock on extra solid sheets). You need Six solid sheets when you want to use all six trays for dehydrating blended foods such as fruit leathers and roll-ups, yogurt taffies, and sprouted-grain crackers. The six sheets will make two one-quart (one-liter) jars of crackers. L'Equip does not have a 220v model. You'll need a 600w transformer for UK, Europe, SA, etc.
